I am currently pursuing a PhD in collaboration with the Mignot Lab and the Technical University of Denmark. The main aim of my work is developing deep learning models to extract sleep information from wearable sensors such as wrist-worn actigraphy and using these models to achieve insights into the genetics of sleep by applying them to large epidemiological cohorts.
