I'm an MD-PhD from Paris, France with a PhD in Neurosciences and Bioinformatics, where I focused on the transcriptomic signature of neuroplasticity. Currently, I specialize in applying machine learning methods to biomarker discovery. My project in the Mignot lab focuses on identifying organ-specific circadian markers using human blood proteomics datasets. This work aims to determine whether an organ is 'off-the-clock' and desynchronized from the global circadian pacemaker, which could have implications in sleep pathologies.
